WOYWW #825

It's What's on Your Workdesk Wednesday, time for a peek at each other's desks and projects! We are now sharing through Sarah, at Sarah's Craft Shed.

Hello! It's a beautiful, but still below 0° day! I know it will eventually get warmer, we even had snow yesterday! Here is my desk this morning:

I am in the midst of making lots of hands of different colours, then I will decorate them. A bit of experimenting with watercolour and Brilliance ink pads.

Here are the Russian Dolls from last week:

And I used one on my journal page

My 20th Journal is now completed!

I started it in the fall of 2023!

Here are the last 2 pages:

This one is actually the last page, I used some transparencies I had hanging around, and some collage pictures from "Earth Witch to Cut and Collage" book. I may still add to the page on the right...

And this is a completed page I started at the beginning of March, but just finished.

I have my 21st journal just started, a little smaller than this one, I already think I won't like the size!

That's it for me, Inky and Mittsy (and me!) still waiting patiently for warmer weather! Have a wonderful week,

Hopefully when you have done one or two pages in your 21st Journal you will be ok with the smaller size. Think of it as a challenge.
Love your Russian Dolls and the one you put in your journal looks perfect on that page.
I do like the March page and wondered if it was green for a reason - St Patrick's Day 17 March?

Aw, well done, another journal completed and with aplomb! I really like the Russian dolls, and the hands. I'm thinking the amount of stuff I've got 'lying around' in catch-alls could probable make a few pages up...making me really 🤔!

Great little Russian dolls and that is such a sweet little journal - 20 is quite an accomplishment!!
Today I ended up being outside nearly all day - unfortunately not in my garden. It was absolutely gorgeous weather and I had some unexpected conversations with random people while I was out and about which made me very happy! When I was a librarian I always did the storytime and Bounce (never did any bouncing) and Rhyme for toddlers (In fact was quite well known for it if I say so myself!!) but I don't have too good a voice these days - my constant coughing with reflux (which affects me no other way) has really screwed up my vocal cords, never know if a song or a squawk is going to come out!! But yeah love doing things with the splodge and he is such fun 95% of the time. I will gloss over the other 5........
Hope you are well, have a good week, love n hugs Cindyxx #13

Yay I've made it at last. Oh the hands look intriguing and the dolls and brilliant, love the bright colours, I must give these a go too, super on your journal page. What a neat little journal, how do you attach the signatures to the cover or vice versa? I love small journals, I hope you get to like it.
