WOYWW #569

Another Wednesday, time to peek at each others desks and projects! If you want to know what WOYWW is, just go to http://www.stamping-ground.blogspot.ca/p/what-is-woyww.html  and all will be revealed!

Day 43 of isolation! It's now becoming the new "normal", unfortunately. I hope everyone out there is well and coping. Here is my desk this morning. It doesn't look like I've been up to much, but I've actually been here almost every day this week.

My junk journal is almost finished, one last page to go. I may do a video of it when It's done.  Here is the page I did this past week:

Not much else to show. We went for a walk to the lake yesterday, the water is rising, hopefully won't get much higher than it is.

These trees aren't usually growing out of the water!

And here is Inky, settled in for a gloomy rainy morning!

That's it for us this morning, we hope you all have a lovely week, with lots of things to do! Stay safe, stay well, Inky and Mittsy say "meow"!

I like your journal pages very much, I had to zoom in for a closer peek! Are you doing a page a day or is it just when you feel like it? These lockdown days are strange indeed, it's going to be weird reverting back to normal life, that's for sure.
Take care and keep safe,
Hugs, LLJ 11 xxx

Hello! Yes, a new normal indeed. I miss a lot but I am grateful to have so many hobbies and interests to keep me company. I love your journal. Do share it when completed. I started a journal at the beginning of this month. A friend has provided a list of one-word prompts for each day. I am really enjoying it. Today's word is fear. I suspect that when I sit down to write I will fill a few pages! It's great to hear you are getting out. I try to when the weather is agreeable. Today is decent so I will duck out there soon for a bit of sunshine.
Stay well.

Hi Linda, it's been a gloomy rainy day here too, Freya is not happy!!
Really hope you do video your finished junk journal, not played in any of mine for a couple of weeks now, in need of a much needed play day.. good to read you've been in your creative space every day, it's the place to be right now.

Never heard of a junk journal, love journals but they arent my thing, they go in the same box as photo albums-too much work.

Yours is gorgeous though, I like seeing them to see how people put them together.

I would love to stay indoors too when its raining, lucky Inky.

Stay Safe

Hi Linda. Well done - only one more page to go in that journal of yours. Good work there. You are really still in a winter feel looking at those trees at the lake. Wow. I have an incredible hotch potch of flowers in my garden - both daffodils and lily of the valley flowering at the same time - they really shouldn't be!!! It's too early for many of the plants. I even saw the blackbirds having a go at the berries on one of my trees today - the berries definitely are early. It sounds like you are not really enjoying the lockdown - isolation - I confess to loving it (sorry!) Today I even ordered my very first ever vegetable delivery in order to avoid being in the shops.
Take care of yourself. Stay safe. God bless.

Hi Carrol,
Lovely desky share sorry I’m late... again... 😁
BTW the NBUS isn’t my idea but Darnell’s and for her NBUS Challenge, link on my blog. It runs till end of 30th then think there’s a new one
.. anyhoo, praying your lake rises no more, that’s high and still raining. It’s just started raining here, but we need it.

Thanks for being a blessing, and may God bless you too, especially in these troubled times, may we look up in faith, not at the mud underneath ! Praying you’re all kept well too!
Hugs, Shaz in Oz.x 😊

Nice busy desk with lots of smashing stuff on it, Linda, and your junk journal is lovely. Sweet little Inky on the cat tree! Ruby enjoys going on ours, too, but they seem to be in a transition phase again at the moment, looking for new favourite places!

Happy belated WOYWW,
