It's What's on Your Workdesk Wednesday, time for a peek at each other's desks and projects! We are sharing through Sarah, at Sarah's Craft Shed.
Once again I am having problems moving my photos from my phone to my laptop, I don't know why this happens, but it does, at the most inconvenient times. So you will just have to make do with the photos I was able to move a few days ago. (why do these things happen? Arrrgh!😖)
We went on our annual "Fall Leaf Tour"last Saturday, just a short drive though the trees, on back country roads, then we pick up our niece and head off to our favourite Schnitzel place called Maximillians! We stopped at Upper Brewers Mills Locks, part of the Rideau Canal, a series of locks connecting the Ottawa River to the Rideau River, opened in 1832. This significant infrastructure project connected Bytown (present-day Ottawa) to Kingston on Lake Ontario, effectively establishing a navigable waterway to the Saint Lawrence River. There are 47 locks along the way which are all still in use.
And here we are, hubby and myself, enjoying the fabulous day!
So that's it for me, my desk photo is still inside my phone, desperate to get out! Hopefully by next week things will be working again. And this weekend is Thanksgiving, so Jasper pics will be coming! (🤞)
