Hello everyone! More than halfway through January already! Very excited about Biden's Inauguration today! I hope everything runs smoothly. So many of us will happy to see the Orange Menace gone (apologies if I have offended anyone!).
But we are here to see desks, so my first desk (the cold one) is here:

I started working in an old journal that I found, to get some practice in as I hadn't done any "art" for awhile. So here are a few of my pages, starting off very "safe" with a new die I got at Christmas, and getting more back to "me" as I go along:
Many of the pages were already prepared with background colours so I just went with what I got.
I absolutely LOVE this painting of the fox, and I have several more by the same artist, no idea who did them or where I got them from...anyone know?
And now I feel more like myself...
I wish I could take credit for the woman and the hand, but I found them in my stash. I think I will incorporate this page into my Bujo.
I got a new TH stamp, as I had the die to go with it but not the stamps (at least I hope not! I better make sure I didn't buy something I already had!)
I went for a walk with my DD yesterday (via phone!) and stopped at the lake (Ontario), and there were dozens of these Mallards happily swimming around!
What have the two furballs been up to? Well, here is Mittsy, Queen of the castle...
And whose little feet might these be peeking out from under my pillow? (I can't keep that corner on with this set of sheets! Doesn't seem to happen with the other set...)

Hi Linda, I've got those stamps somewhere and not sure I've ever used them so I'd love to see what you do with them (yes I know I'm bad!). Somebody obviously knows all the best spots. We used to look after my Sister-in-law's cat when they went away and nearly shut her in the airing cupboard but she started mewing, lucky cat. Loving your journal pages too. Linda, I love those TH stamps! Of course, I love ANYTHING TH, but those stamps really are yummy and could be used in so many ways! I love all those art pages! So creative, all!! Also, love your kitty scenes! What a joy to have those little guys around. Kitties have their own quirks and little habits. I had one that used to sleep on my head every night and nowhere else! Not sure what that was all about....maybe she thought she had me in submission...ha ha ha!! But I love to see their personalities come out! What a beautiful picture of the lake and the lovely birds. Love those journal pages, they’re all so different and lovely and I agree with you about that little fox,he’s gorgeous! The pics of the cats made me hoot, they know how to pick the perfect spot!

I haven't got those stamps but I'm pretty sure I have papers similar. Love tickets and taggs! The kitties are in the best place, Mr Jinx was sitting here with me, but likes to go to bed with us as soon as the heating goes off...which it's just done...(nearly 2 in the morning!) Heated waterbed - no wonder Inky likes it! I must get one of those hammocks for Oreo! Super journal pages - I have those ticket stamps and dies too - or at least I think I do LOL! It's so easy to forget what you have already bought and what you were just dreaming about buying. These are the two options - there's no third one LOL! Love the journal, Linda, and the kitty pictures are really cute! I'm not surprised Inky likes the bed - what's not to like about a heated water bed! I bet that's super-comfortable in the winter!
Thank you for commenting, and I'm glad you enjoyed your visit. Funny about men and the "M" word, isn't it! Re my blender, I haven't actually told them I've bought a Vitamix yet... Lily and Ruby say "meow" and "purr purr" to Inky and Mittsy and Ruby apologises for her unladylike pose this week. She's not really trying to set a bad example to her little cousins across the Pond.
