Another Wednesday, time to peek at each others desks and projects! If you want to know what WOYWW is, just go to http://www.stamping-ground.blogspot.ca/p/what-is-woyww.html and all will be revealed!
Greetings everyone! Yesterday was my 14th Blogiversary! Wow! It's fun to look back over those 14 years and see how much I've grown over those years!
I hope everyone is keeping warm, we just went through a "February Thaw", but winter will come back with a vengeance!
Here is my desk this morning:
I actually have been busy, made 3 journal pages this week, two in my art journal, and one in my junk journal:
This looks like I spent hours and hours working on this, but it's actually 2 long stamps by colourbox, not really meant to be used as a stamp, but as a spot to make impressions with a colourbox tool, you heat the pad, press it onto the rubber to get an impression, then use that as a stamp. I didn't do that. I did however, buy a whole new set of markers as I was going though my Marvy Markers to see which were good, and which were not - forget this, I'm going to just get a new set of markers from Amazon - they arrived the next morning! And I threw out all my old markers.
This one started with a Carol Dube prompt (she does a weekly prompt, I am way behind!) The prompt was "do something twice", so everything I did, other than the words, I did twice. I used my new TH time stencil for this.
And some catching up in my junk journal:
...at least until the film ran out for my printer, have to get some more! It's amazing how, when I pre-prep pages, it just all works out. I pre-prepped the half-circle page a month ago, not having a clue what it would be, then realized yesterday that the 25 was highlighted. . .
And last but not least, the kitties. . .
Mittsy was dying to get outside, so I caved and got her a harness and a leash, she loves going out! She even loves walking through the snow!
Look how big she is! Almost the same size as Inky!
We hope everyone has a wonderful week, I'm off to work now, the kitties are napping, life is good.

Hi Linda, great job with the journals. I remember those Colorsnap tools, not seen them for years. I have a lot of the Colorbox stylus tools and tips though, use them a lot for my scenic colouring. Mittsy is growing quickly, isn't she? Have a lovely week, Hugs, Shaz #5 X
Hi Linda. Loving all the colours on that page - you had fun! Well done on being brave to let out the kitten on a leash - my daughter did that with her kitten - only once - as she slipped the lead...
Take care. God bless.

Wow Mittsy is getting big Linda! Happy Blogiversary 14 years is quite some time (I haven't made it to 4 yet). I keep meaning to try some of Carolyn Dube's prompts as I subscribe to them. I have been trying to keep up with my Nina Ribena weekly journal instead though. Hope the thaw sticks around a little longer. Meow to Inky and Mittsy and Happy WOYWW. Sarah #4
Gorgeous journals!! thanks for visiting already. I can't wait to get theOxide sprays, the demos I have seen were so good. Helen #1
Looks like you've been very productive! Lovely, colourful pages! It's lucky Mitsy lets you put a harness on her - Oreo wouldn't stand it! Once he had a sore on his neck (from being microchipped) and I tried to bandage it and he almost suffocated himself - so forget about collars! They look funny together. She must be asking "how come Inky doesn't have a leash?" Have a lovely week! zsuzsa #17
Those journal pages are stunning! Love the kitties as usual. Thanks for sharing. Take care and have a nice week. With love and God bless, Caro x (#30)
Hi Linda, Happy Blogiversay! Well done! 14 years! Three journal pages in one week is some going too. Hugs for the kitties, a lovely creative week and a happy woyww for you, Angela x12x
Hi Linda, happy blogaversary! Great journal pages. Shoot I don't think I've ever had the guts to throw all my markers away!! Happy Wednesday, Cindy #20
Congrats, 14 years as a blogger is an achievement! Loving the pages, especially colourful. Colorbox, ahh takes me back. All those stylus handles and silly tips, gawd how they drive me nuts! Still have a couple of the long ink pads though, and still they’re useful!
Thanks...
I impressed
