WOYWW #502

Another Wednesday, time to peek at each others desks and projects! If you want to know what WOYWW is, just go to http://www.stamping-ground.blogspot.ca/p/what-is-woyww.html  and all will be revealed!

Greetings to all! I hope your week went well. Once again I managed NOT to get any art done at all, but my stamping room is a work in progress - it just needs to progress faster!
Here was my desk this morning:

I don't know why I started with markers, or things that make marks, I just did.  There were an awful lot that just plain didn't work from lack of use. I have a love/hate relationship with gel pens. I hate them, but love the white ones, when they work. So will probably toss all but white and metallic.

It hit me other day that it was January, the beginning of a new year (duh!) and was the perfect time to finally start a new Project Life Album! I have all the things I need to get going, and prints at my local drugstore are on sale! I used to print out all my photos on the computer, but it ate ink like crazy, I think this will be better. The last time I did PL was in  2015!

Who's tail is this?

yes, Mittsy's! Playing with her favourite Christmas present of all. . .

while big sister sits at the snowy window and dreams of spring. . .

I hope everyone has a wonderful week! "Meows" from the kitties and "see you later" from me!

Love those square boxes on your desk, they look so neat.
Gorgeous Cats!! We built a complete play centre out of cardboard boxes once as we had five cats at the time - they loved it! Don't know what is the fascination with them.....
Have a good week

I take thousands of photos and never print any... things are so different in this digital age! Just catching up the last few desks so I can put my feet up for the evening! Helen #5

Oh, I’m not alone in dreaming of spring then! Your desk looks super tidy...I look forward to that moment of epiphany that gives you a use for that box. There must be a really good idea coming towards you! I’m the name with gel pens, and Am ashamed to say that my Copics are drying from under use. I ho estate can’t remember last using them. Lesson learned. Keep going...you’ll have a whole drawer set emptied at this rate!

It's lovely watching your kitty having fun. It was only a couple of weeks ago that I was sorting out my white pens and some of those are Gel. they really annoy me when they don't work. However! Have a lovely creative week and a happy woyww, Angela x10x

Oh kitties and boxes! Molly-cat is terrified of rustling paper but adores the boxes! I too hate gel pens and can never get the white ones to work :/
Thanks for stopping by and leaving a lovely comment :)
Happy WOYWW!

The photos of Mittsy made me laugh Linda. There are a couple for your new Project Life project straight away lol. It's surprising how we are all sorting and tidying our craft spaces at the moment. Maybe it's the time of year. Happy WOYWW and meow to Inky and Mittsy. Sarah #2

Thank you for your visit and kind comments. Your desk is so neat and tidy. If you have problems with your markers, try storing them on their sides flat, rather than upright. It seems to extend their lives greatly. As far as white pens are concerned, they are downright evil and I hate them. I need one but usually spend hours trying to resuscitate them. Have a good time with those lovely kitties. xxx Maggie (Silvercrafter)

I once had a cat that used to sit in boxes/suitcases/carrier bags/etc.. I wondered if she was telling me not to go on holiday when she chose the suitcases.
Have the same problem with markers, they just dry up but I do find the white ones are the worse.
Good idea with the printing from your local drugstore.

ooh those small boxes lined up at the back of the desk are brilliant and a perfect size (too small for cats too!).
Fair play on sorting out the pens not a quick job that is for sure.
