WOYWW #496

Another Wednesday, time to peek at each others desks and projects! If you want to know what WOYWW is, just go to http://www.stamping-ground.blogspot.ca/p/what-is-woyww.html  and all will be revealed!

Hello everyone! Here in Southern Ontario we once again have snow! It is falling so slowly and peaceful, it is quite beautiful to watch! Even Inky has been watching it!

But, that's not why you're here! Here's my desk this morning. I have been very busy, but can't show you yet what I've been making!

And another view!

We had some good news this week, we are getting an addition to the family!

Nope, not a grandchild, but a sister for Inky! Only 3 months old, we should have her home by Friday! Her same is Audi, but not for long. Any ideas? What would you name this adorable little ball of fur? I would love to hear some ideas!

I have started decorating, here is our Advent Calendar, a beautiful wooden box from Costa Rica. Inside each door is a tiny ornament (we used to put candies in the doors, but not since DD left home). The lights on the tiny tree turn on and stay on for 6 hours, but they aren't on yet. Aren't Dollar Stores wonderful! Inside the last door is the baby Jesus to complete the family to the left.

Well, that's it from us today, Inky is wishing it were summer,

but says "meow" to you all anyway, and I say
"Have a wonderful week!"

Only isn’t the only one wishing it was summer! I’m happy to see seasons change, but perversly I don’t like winter, cold, dark early evenings, blah blah!! Oh he will be happy to have company won’t he? I like Snoopy on your porch, how fab! Are you being fabulously organised and making Christmas presents I wonder? i’m Enjoying your labels so much, twirly thing #1 and twirly thing #2...you could write a book about them, they sound like Seuss characters!

I picked up on Twirly Things 1 & 2 too, lol - they made me laugh! I like to see the snow as I love winter (think I must have been a Viking in a previous life). What a beautiful kitten, she has such a lovely face - what about Cariad, which is Welsh for sweetheart or dear one?

Hi Linda, love your photo through the window. Looks like you are decorated too. Your little kitten is adorable and looks a bit like Oreo with her colouring. I notice she has white feet so she could be called booty, boots, slipper. Have a great woyww and a happy creative week, Angela x16x

Hi Linda, congrats on the new kitten. Your twirly thing labels made me laugh too! I have a habit of making up words if I can't find a word to fit. My daughters do the same. Have a lovely week Heather x #14

Hi Linda, love seeing falling snow always so fresh looking.
Your desk looks full of creativity, I was trying to catch a peep at what's hidden hee hee!! Your new cat is adorable, I too noticed her white paws, bless her "cotton socks" << maybe a name contender or Ebony or Jet because of her dark colouring. She really is a cute ball of fluff.
Hope Inky gets on well with her.

My sister lost one of her cats to heart failure this week Linda. His name was Mittens and he was black and white too. She certainly doesn't look like an Audi, far too cute. Or how about Painty to go with Inky? Have a great week and meow to Inky and little sister! Sarah #4

Love the view from your door and how lovely to have a porch to decorate like that. I enjoyed the one Christmas I had over the water - the displays in the gardens/yards were unbelievable - magical!
Love your new addition - hope Inky loves her too - my first thoughts were Dinky or Pinky to rhyme with Inky but then I changed and thought of the time of year so maybe something festive? Holly, Joy, Missy (short for mistletoe), and Angel came to mind but then I gave up - I am not good at naming anything. She is adorable though.

Hi Linda. Loved the picture of the snow - living within half a mile of the sea we rarely get snow here - but it's only an hour o the mountains... so... Snoopy made me smile and twirly thing 1 & 2 had me chuckling. I admit I'm with Jan - Cariad for little sister's name - but then, we are part of the Welsh contingent!
Take care. God bless.

Hi Linda! I just had to come over when I saw your comment about your new kitten on Margaret's blog. And I shamelessly scrolled straight down to see her photo LOL! So cute! Could be Oreo's cousin! Hope she's settling in ok by now and Inky is not too jealous! All the best! zsuzsa #6
