WOYWW #465

Another Wednesday, time to peek at each others desks and projects! If you want to know what WOYWW is, just go to  and all will be revealed!

Today will be short and sweet, I had a dentist appointment this morning, lunch with my Mom, and I'm working this evening, so here is my window of opportunity!

My desk this morning:

Nothing much to show as I tidied up yesterday, but the there is something new!!!

Also, I have a secret desk here!:

It is actually very sturdy, and just the right height for pressing on a difficult stamp! Right now you see unmounted stamps that have tacky glue that is drying, and the wood mounts they came from so that I can transfer the information. Also my acrylic blocks are here.

Here is the finished journal page from the other week:

I was telling it I wanted white scribbly writing on it, and it was telling me it wanted colour and feathers. You see who won.

We finally got some sun here in Southern Ontario, Canada, and Inky is loving it.

Me too!

But the bugs are out too! (My wine! Get your own, bugs!)

Hope you have a wonderful week!

Hi Linda. Glad you got the sun - we have had a real mix here today, from pouring rain to brilliant sunshine - it's none too warm, though! Interesting page - fingers with feathers... Quite agree that the bugs can find their own glass of wine!
Take care. God bless.

Hi Linda, good news about the weather, we have been blessed with some too. A rarity in the UK. Inky looks very contented along with yourself sat outdoors with your wine. Your completed journal page looks fab, good choice of colourful feathers.
Thank you for sharing WOYWW.
Creative wishes for the week ahead Tracey #6

Your secret desk is a winner! What a clever idea, a whole new stamping/glueing/drying area within easy reach - brilliant! Love your new sprays, so colourful and wine on the porch sounds wonderful :-D

Hi Linda and meow Inky, great hidden desk, great for stamping and out of the way when you don't need it. I'm glad you listened to the journal page, the colours pop nicely against the black and white. Hope all went well at the dentist! Sarah #9

The sun is out here too - and it has been hot with a capital H today. Not used to it so a bit "panned out"
Love the finished journal page - those feathers look fabulous against the black fingers. Funny, as I got some new feather stamps the other week but have had to keep them a secret as they weren't launched when I got them.
The hidden desk is a great secret so I won't tell if you don't tell on me and my stamps.
Hugs to you and Inky
Neet xx

You did a good job with the tidying - now time to mess it all up again! The hidden work surface is a definite bonus. Feathers are always a winner with me. Nice to see Inky enjoying the sunshine and I wouldn't want to share my wine with the bugs either. Thanks for your visit, Linda! Hope your good weather will last! xx
