It's What's on Your Workdesk Wednesday, time for a peek at each other's desks and projects! We are now sharing through Sarah, at Sarah's Craft Shed.
Hello! It's so nice to have Spring creeping in, but I'm sure we are still in for one last blizzard. The birds are starting to come back to the feeder, I saw a bunny, the squirrels are froliking, we are slowly getting there!
Here is my desk this morning. I liked the Shakespeare insert so much from last week I decided to make a template for it, and make one myself. It is in the works on my desk, dragonfly themed.
And I did 2 journal pages this week, one in my Fodder School fabric book:
and one in my JIYA Journal - almost finished! On this page I discovered the meaning of the word Merkaba...
The Merkaba is the geometric symbol that surrounds the image, representing the union of body, spirit and light.
Well, that's it for me! Looking forward to a nice lunch with a couple of friends, and more sunshine!
Have a wonderful week, Inky and Mittsy say "meow!"

great idea, making a template. I tend to forget things, even when I love them, which is mostly why I blog. The times I've had to go back and search my OWN BLOG for how to do something... Yikes. Loving the fabric journal and so happy to be blazing ahead with Fodder school classes. I may make it thru a season by the end of the 100 days, we'll see.
Happy no-knitting WOYWW day!

Spring is playing games with us...beautiful last week, and back to deep frosts and northerly winds this week without much sun. But...it has to give at some point, and don't we all enjoy the signs, it really helps! You're doing so well with the journals, and although I didn't get to comment last week (sorry), i too love that Shakespeare- a stamp by Wordsworth I think. Perfect for the shrine and I also thing a magical dragonfly is a perfect image to go with!
Hope you had a cracking lunch with your friends, what a lovely thing to do mid week! I’ve just come back from a shift in the RNLI shop and while it was sunny, the northern wind made it quite chilly down there. I’ve learned a new word today, I’ve never heard of Merkaba before, really like the journal pages you did for it!

I will say “yes please” to the sunshine, it really make my world a better place. It was bitterly cold this morning. Love the penguin and hope you had a lovely time out. Happy WOYWW.Angela #11
Every day is a school day for sure... LOVE your pages, both of them! Spring thought it had arrived last weekend but it's going downhill again.... Happy WOYWW Helen #1
Nothing like a good template so you can revisit a loved project. The rainbow was inspired by the instagram crafter giogiocraft you'll love the rest of her stitched book. I love your pages this week especially the colours you've used. Hugs bj#2
The weather is all over the place here. One day it's warm, then it's cold and today we had hale, lots of it. The poor plants wont know what to do yet the blossom is showing too. Loving the new journal pages, great colours too. Wishing you a very happy and creative woyww, Angela x10x
