Another Wednesday, time for a peek at each other's desks and projects! If you would like to learn more, just go to http://www.stamping-ground.blogspot.ca/p/what-is-woyww.html. Maybe you could join our little group!

Hello everyone! I hope everyone is happy and well today!

Here is my desk this morning. I have put away all the Plaster of Paris and piles of fodder to start my new art journal from the workshop I just got by Megan Quinlan. We start by painting these giant pieces of paper, six of them, both sides.

The next step is stenciling. I bought some  dabbers to use for stenciling which arrived a few weeks ago, but do you think I can find them now that I need them?

I think a major clean-up is the only way!

I  finished another canvas last week. This one is growing on me too.

And here's the first one in a better light

It has been very cold lately, the cats only go out for short periods of time. Today Mittsy decided she was going to follow me around, so here she is in my art room.

Well, that's it for me today! Wish me luck finding my daubers! I just may have to use something else!

Have a great week, stay healthy and happy! Inky and Mittsy say "meow"!

Hello everyone! I hope everyone is happy and well today!

Here are two pics to start us off today:

Yesterday and today...it has begun.

Here is my desk this morning:

I have been working on collage fodder all month, and finally got to put my project together! The lighting is yellowy because it is on the wall next to my bedroom lamp, which gives it the yellow glow. It took me awhile to like this, but now, after walking by it many times, it has grown on me! I do like it now!

Completed, top close up, middle close up and bottom close up. The feather fell off of a trick-or-treater's costume on Halloween, I saved it for this!

I am now working on little collages to add to journal pages, books, or maybe another collage canvas, which I have already prepared, ready to go!

This has been a fun project, next I will start on my new Art Journal from my new workshop before I delve into the next Fodder School lesson. And I will make more of the tiny collages. FUN!!

Here is Mittsy on the porch wondering what all this cold icky white stuff is, and why is it so cold????

I haven't see any kitty prints in the snow yet!

Inky and Mittsy say "Meow" and I say "I hope everyone has a lovely week!" Until next week, stay warm!

It's finally starting to feel like Fall with temperatures down to 1°C this morning!

Here is my desk. I took this photo yesterday, today my desk is boring, nothing on it!

I did get the Plaster of Paris part of my project done, and everything is now dry and hard.

Everything drying after pushing the Plaster of Paris through the lace onto some of the fodder pieces

And now the last step before assembling, adding some color. I'm almost done!

I have also been working on my leaves during drying times...

A couple are finished and sealed. The ones below are just started.

Inky is outside this morning - Brrrr! Mittsy decided watching through the window was the way to go this morning, but when it warms up a bit she will be out! Inky and Mittsy say "meow!" and I say have a great week!

Wow! 700th post of WOYWW! Amazing!
Congratulations to Julia, our fearless leader, who started this blog hop 700 posts ago!

Here is my desk this morning:

I have discovered dot painting! And I have been dot painting some of our beautiful fall leaves, and giving them away to friends and family. The Plaster of Paris is waiting for when I have enough time to do the next step of Fodder School.
Here are some of the leaves I have painted:

This is the one I'm working on that is on my desk

And here is the card and Peace Catcher I made for my friend in Niagara Falls:

I also sent her a leaf!

Finally, the pumpkin we carved for Halloween this year, now being devoured by our many squirrels!

I wasn't able to reply to some people last week, and there were some questions about burning the holes in my paper. If I had burned the paper when it was dry, I think it would have gone up in a "woosh!" and I wouldn't be able to get the controlled burn that I got when the paper was wet, and yes it did burn very well! Cindy commented that Fodder School could be called "extreme crafting" - I agree!

That's it for today, the cats are out enjoying a beautiful fall day today! Have a great week, and meow from Inky and Mittsy!
