WOYWW #486

Another Wednesday, time to peek at each others desks and projects! If you want to know what WOYWW is, just go to http://www.stamping-ground.blogspot.ca/p/what-is-woyww.html  and all will be revealed!

Happy Fall everyone! It is definately fall here in Ontario, we are hoping some semblance of summer comes back for a little while anyway!

Here is my desk this morning, still working on that journal page! (Got the date wrong - oh well- looked exactly the same yesterday!)

Here's my journal page, almost finished, added some hair and other things this week.  I am following "The Day of the Dead Sugar Skull Art Journal Class" by Nicole Bray.

Put up some fall decorations (as one does with the change of seasons!) I used Artisto to make it "artistic". This is my coffee table.

My front door. . .

. . .and my mailbox

Inky says "meow" ( she's having fun scaring the pigeons!) and I say Have a lovely fall week!

Hi Linda, I can see you are really getting into the feel od autumn. I think you need to educate the owner of the new stamp store, she doesn't know what she's missing. Happy woyww, Angela x16x

Your home decorations are lovely, I would very much like a seasonal wreath, must see to that. I nearly choked on my tea when I read that you’d added hair to your journal page. Then I scrolled down and saw that you’d DRAWN hair onto the page! OMG what was I thinking!!?? It’s a great page too Linda, wonderful detail and so vibrant.

I live where Day of the Dead is really popular but i have never gotten into it. Sugar Sculls are popular but, not for me. But your journal page is very colorful. Love your fall decor. I haven't started yet, we're still in the 90s. Thanks for popping by and have a great week!

I like the decoration on your mailbox, Linda - sunflowers are always a firm favourite with me! Thank you for your visit and I’m glad you liked the look of the challah I made. The third one is now earmarked for my friend’s Macmillan’s tea party on Saturday! Also glad the relaxed carrot raised a laugh! I love wonky veg. The kitties say miaow back to Inky and to you! They are enjoying lots of cuddles now the weather is colder.

Happy WOYWW,

HI Linda, I am not sure if I ever told you but, I love that you label everything on your desk and I laughed out loud to see that you had not one but two remote controls... (at least they are not buried that if you wanted to watch something you can see them there) (my husband hides his from himself sometimes taking it from room to room) I love that you decorated the mailbox too :) ~Stacy #20

Your sugar skull page really is amazing. We do not celebrate the season as much as our lovely friends across the pond, it's all about dressing up and Halloween parties here but I really do love the idea of hanging something to showcase the season on my door as Autumn is my fav.
Glad inky is in full scaring mode.. Hee hee!!

And a Lovely Fall Week to You too - love the decorations. I wish we did things like that here.
Hope you get a bit more summer - apparently they have had a good week at home (we were away).
Oh, I just love that sugar skull. The colouring is fantastic and it really is a wonderful page. The class is certainly paying off.
Hugs, Neet 27 (late because we have been in Spain and only got back at 3 this morning - forgot to ask someone to link me, doh!)

Hi Linda. I confess I would never have thought of decorating parts of the house for Autumn - although I do decorate every room when Christmas comes around! I'm a bit of a Christmasoholic!!
Take care. God bless.
