WOYWW #385

As you can see, it's been awhile. Summer was busy, and I really didn't think about my blog a lot! But now the weather is cooling off, and I noticed my desk - wow -what a mess! Back to the  tiny workspace again!

I do have a tendency to stack things, to put things somewhere until I have the time to put things away. . .I stood in one spot and took these 3 photos. On my. . .

I have been busy however, I just made 2 tri-fold cards for birthdays, but only thought of photographing them when I was slipping them into the mailbox - that's what I get for waiting far too long to make them! Needless to say they will be belated birthday cards! Today I will make another tri-fold card for our anniversary (32 years!) tomorrow. Hard to believe it's been 32 years! Thirty-seven if you add the 5 years we lived together before!

Here is my latest journal page:

Have you ever just wanted to reset your day? Reboot your life? Put a "reset" button in your journal, and when things are getting you down, just get your mind set, and push the button. RESET! Now you can start over!

Thanks for visiting! Hopefully I will participate more now that the colder weather is settling in! I did finish the book I was making last time, perhaps I will post that soon!

Hi there. I'm sure it won't take long to sort out when you have finished making the next set of items... The left shove principle is so much easier, isn't it? Just keep pushing everything to one side and carry on. I reckon we don't notice the chaos until we are left with an area of less than 6inches square!!
Take care. God bless.

I love a messy desk but then you have probably realised that by now. As long as you can still find even a small space you can craft Lol! Thanks for the visit o mine, have good crafty week and great woyww, Angela x 17

I do the same thing..I procrastinate making stuff then end up not taking photos till it is too late. Love snooping through desks like yours and feel right at home...mine is always this way...everything gets pushed to the side to make room for the new. Have a great week. Vickie #11

Happy WOYWW. I am always forgetting to photograph things before posting them off. I must admit that I mostly have to put things away as I craft. Part of being a Directors' PA for years and needing to be really organised. Ali x #27

Hi there, I've been missing awhile as well. I forget to photograph everything. I also pile stuff up until it reaches a point where it starts to topple and there is nowhere to work and I have to tidy up!!! Anne x 23

If you're anything like me those cards are making it into the post at the last minute and remembering to photograph them goes out the window! I have been doing a little better at documenting things. Blogging helps I think. Your art journal pages look great! Sometimes I feel like resetting the day.

Happy WOYWW

Heavens! There's a lot to take in on your desk!! But, it sounds like you were still able to et some art-ing done too. The pages you made are great. Sometimes I do wish I could push a re-set button, but at the same time what would we learn if we didn't have rough days and challenges to overcome?
Have a great week!

My goodness! Your desk is cluttered with tons of beautiful things and you can tell it was all creative chaos! I love it... my moms desk usually has roughly a 12x12 space to work in too. Sorry I'm so late! Have a great week! Heather (waywardgypsy) #51?

Oh my - your desk looks just like mine! Just enough space to work in.... Love the "Reset Button" page. Need one of those here, especially when interacting with Lil Miss B. Should say Teen Miss B these days, I reckon!

Thanks for stopping by,
