The postcard my daughter sent from Halifax-we are big Dim Sum fans, and these are her favourite dumplings! I took the suggestion of someone on one of my Yahoo lists to punch holes, then slit the holes so they would fit over the spiral binding -worked beautifully!

Great idea! I can't wait to use it. Once I punched holes in the side and tied them to the rings. I like your idea though, it's a little neater!
