WOYWW #868

It's What's on Your Workdesk Wednesday, time for a peek at each other's desks and projects! We are now sharing through Sarah, at Sarah's Craft Shed.

Hello! I hope everyone is well! Today is a typical winter's day, expecting 15-20cm of snow. So I am tucked up in my nice warm house in my nice warm fuzzy pajama bottoms! Inky has the zoomies this morning, she really wants to get outside!

Here is my desk this morning. I was working early this morning between 2 & 3am because I couldn't sleep. It happens sometimes...

I made that whole 2 page spread early this morning.

I am working in my Self-Care Journal that I started, It's a journal essentially about me, my favourite things, gratitude, etc. I'm following a You Tube tutorial by Megan Quinlan. The pages I did this morning will be about favourite movies and authors.

Here is the one I worked on last week, I did add somthing to the page on the right. I haven't filled in anything yet on this page, but it is about my favourite things and things to do. And I used my new house stamps! I love how this page turned out.

I made a new page in my tiny 3" book, the first one since November I think:

And finally, a shout out to my good friend Therese who sent me a funky birthday card! I love it!

Well that's it for today, hunkering down for a snowy day! I will leave you with Inky, dreaming of warmer days...

Have a great week!

"The Zoomies" what a great expression not heard that one before but I can totally relate having had cats way back. Love last week's house stamp page and your 3" book house and bird too. Enjoy the snow. Hugs Bj#1

I love your journal pages. In SE England it’s just rainy and mildish today, though I think we’re due for some more snow.
Bella sometimes gets the zoomies too and has a mad half hour. She sends purrs to Inky and Mittsy.
I love your journal pages. It’s good to count our blessings sometimes.
Hugs

Ooh now that really is snowy, I hope you got a awarm and cosy nap to make up for your very early hour's work! I love your house stamps, what a great addition they are to that page.I went to a journal writing workshop last weekend and it became clear to me very quickly that gratitude and good mental health go hand in hand with journaling. Hope you enjoy the making and the writing!
