WOYWW #604

Another Wednesday, time to peek at each others desks and projects! If you want to know what WOYWW is, just go to http://www.stamping-ground.blogspot.ca/p/what-is-woyww.html  and all will be revealed!

Happy Day before New Years Eve! This has been such a lazy week, I apologise for not getting back to people, but...Christmas...after Christmas...you know!

I now seem to have 2 desks to show:

not a lot on this one, I did try out a die I got for Christmas...this room is also freezing cold Brrrrrr

But I started a Bullet Journal, only got this far as of today. I wanted to have a journal where I could use my stamps, and decorate, and all that fun stuff, and I wanted to do it on this desk where I can look outside...and be warm...so desk #2

This is my "name page", I will work on more pages today. It is all done with stamps! Is anyone else doing a bullet journal? This is my first try.

And last but not least, the cats travel to the end of the porch, and after about 15 minutes they've had enough and come in! Mittsy is now sleeping in the hammock on my #2 desk, watching the world go by, just like I do!

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year! I hope it’s kinder for us all and we can get back to normal when the vaccine is rolled out. Lots of people seem to be making journals for the start of 2021. It’s such a great idea and I’m always tempted but just know that it would all fizzle out after the first week )I know myself too well, lol!) I’m not 60 until August so I’ll be making the most of the next 8 months of being 50-something, lol!

I don't do bullet type journals but I like you have seen an awful lot of them about. I love that you've expanded to a second desk, and hope that you stay warm at your new one! Glad we've not had any snow in my part of the UK so far. Wishing you a happy and healthy new year. Helen #5

My bff is into bullet journalling but I don't think I could be disciplined enough. Good luck with it if you get there.
Have a safe and happy new year

I spotted the hammock on desk #2 and did wonder if there was a cat already snuggled up. I'm not planning a bullet journal this year - I've tried and failed in the past. Just not disciplined enough. I'm sure you'll succeed. Happy New Year. Elizabeth #32

I've never made a bullet journal but it looks like a fun thing to do but you know I'm a bit of a butterfly when it comes to crafting. Your kitties are very sensible, 15 mins outside is quite long enough Lol! Hoping for a better New Year. Sending woyww hugs, Angela x17x

My DD is totally obsessed with bullet journal videos on YouTube! I am not disciplined enough for them but can appreciate the artistry - good luck and I'll appreciate seeing your journey thru the year!
Happy (almost) 2021!

Hi Linda, i've always wanted to create a bullet journal, I have dies and stamps for this sort of thing to create from scratch but.. you know how it rolls. I hope you continue and inspire me to give this ago. Wishing you and yours a Healthy, safe 2021 from my house to yours. Happy WoywW Tracey #7

Hi Linda!

I have read about bullet journals but not even started one... any tips? Are you following any directions?
I have loads of blank books, journals, you name it, but can’t seem to put pen or anything to paper?

I seem to get paralyzed when I’m cold. When I get chilled to the bone I can’t get anything done!
The pellet stove whines on high all day, but doesn’t seem to help! I’m sure your weather is colder than ours although we are very far north, not too far from the Canadian border!

Happy New Year!
Stay safe and well!

Happy Wednesday!

That #2 desk looks incredibly warm and cosy, a very attractive proposition I must say. The hammock is a genius thing, I almost envy Inky and Mittsy! I didn’t show you yet, but I’ve made some cards with the cat images you sent me, thanks again, helped me get going when I really couldn’t decide what to do but wanted to do something! I don’t bullet journal,or indeed any journal, but I think you have more discipline than me and you’ll enjoy it. LOVE the collage of stamps on the frontispiece, how clever you are.

Love the cosy warm second desk. The start of your bullet journal is stunning. I am doing a bullet journal again this year - the one last year turned into a standard journal so I am now doing both! Happy belated WOYWW. Take care and stay safe. Praying for a happy and blessed New Year for you and yours. With love & God Bless. Caro x (#16)

Well I bought a bullet journal- does that count :) I admit I am not sure how to start it. Mine has dotty pages. May be I’ll watch what you do :)

I've never made a bullet journal, Linda. I am sure you will have fun with yours. Loved the picture of the 2 kitties all hunched against the cold! Ours are too keen on their home comforts to take much delight in going out when it's cold and especially when it's cold and wet. We've had heavy frosts the last couple of mornings and all they want to do is cuddle up and sleep and be warm!

Happy belated WOYWW and happy New Year,
