WOYWW #540

Another Wednesday, time to peek at each others desks and projects! If you want to know what WOYWW is, just go to http://www.stamping-ground.blogspot.ca/p/what-is-woyww.html  and all will be revealed

Greetings all! Hope you are all happy and in good health. I have been working so much this week - October is our busiest week of the year and we are short-staffed, unfortunately. When I'm not working I'm recovering. Last week my Fit Bit steps were 37,565 steps, mostly at work. So my desk has not changed much, except that I've cleaned my hallway, which meant my Niagara Falls things had to come into the room...

Being as we are a Thrift Shop where people come and buy costumes for Hallowe'en (it's very big here), we are allowed to dress up for work, so this is who I've been this week:

Disco Cat:

Grumpy Old Man:

a Gypsy/Fortune teller:
and a pirate (forgot to take a pic!). I may be a Pirate again tomorrow so I will be sure to take a  pic! I have a few more identities up my sleeve, so I will share some next week.

This weekend is our Thanksgiving, so our daughter is coming home for the weekend, we are very excited! I hope everyone has a wonderful week, I know the kitties are asleep somewhere in the house...

How fabulous to work somewhere like that - `I would love to be able to dress up each day and have fun with the customers.but the one that made me smile the most was you dressed as an old man. I would never have known it was you. Complete disguise. So looking forward to more next week.
Enjoy your Thanksgiving

Great pics - how fab that everyone dresses up to work like that. That sounds a lot of steps- don't measure mine, but I am sure that even with my weekly walks at Kew Gardens I wouldn't get anywhere near that. Happy WOYWW Helen #2

Oh Linda, you look amazing. This must make going to work a real pleasure, what fun. I think with some jobs it's easy to get so many steps in fact we are often unaware of how many steps we take but jobs where you are sat down all day are a different matter. Wishing you a very happy and creative woyww and a great weekend too. Angela X14X
