WOYWW 525

Another Wednesday, time to peek at each others desks and projects! If you want to know what WOYWW is, just go to http://www.stamping-ground.blogspot.ca/p/what-is-woyww.html  and all will be revealed!

Greetings everyone! I hope you all are having a lovely summer day today, as we are. It hasn't been very hot, which is nice, although I hear there is a heat wave coming to Europe, so I hope you all stay inside where it is nice and cool.

I'm going to show my desk a little further down today, as I have things to share before I show you my desk.

I went thrift shopping the other day and bought this:

Isn't it beautiful? And it holds all the stuff that builds up on my desk and gives me more room to craft!

And I received my order of a grab-bag (on sale) from Viva Las Vegas - I love these bags of random stamps, especially since I hate choosing stamps! So many good stamps here that I know I will use!

So with all that said, here is my desk this morning:

I have just cut out one plate of stamps, stamped the images, and put tack-it-over-and-over glue on the backs of the stamps

So I will probably be doing a lot of this next week!

Last week I was working on my project, not quite finished yet, but here are some peeks:

Some inserts

 for these pockets:

then added these tags from the leftovers, and added one of the little wooden hearts I got at the Dollar Store:

Added these in another tuck spot:

made these cute little journaling tags:

for here:

Still more to go!

That's it for today, here are Mittsy and Inky together (they look like on big black blob of cat!) in the garden, which is finally looking nice!

and one of our resident squirrels - Mittsy's favourite thing to chase!

So Mittsy and Inky both say "meow" to all of you and any cats and dogs out there, and I say have a great weekend, stay safe!

Great grab bag haul Linda. The music score is useful for backgrounds and of course the phone box appeals to me as a Brit. Loving your tags and inserts too. Happy WOYWW and meow to Inky and Mittsy. Sarah #3

now that looks really useful storage (I have a similar thing but it got relegated to the other room (overflow craft stuff!) I should really go through it as I think there'll be loads of things that have dried up in there... Your grab bag looks great fun too. Helen #2

You are incredibly lucky to find that piece you can use for craft storage. I think you made a great choice with those stamps. I'm sure you will use all of them over time.

I LOVE the sneak peeks. Your journal is going to be amazing when you show the finished work.

Bleubeard and Squiggles say MEOW to Mittsy and Inky. Happy WOYWW from #1.
