WOYWW #518

Another Wednesday, time to peek at each others desks and projects! If you want to know what WOYWW is, just go to http://www.stamping-ground.blogspot.ca/p/what-is-woyww.html  and all will be revealed!

Greetings all! I am late posting today as I had the chiropractor this morning, then lunch with my Mom, and now I'm ready to post. I did manage to get some work done this week! I have been discovering (or re-discovering) new You Tube artists and I have been getting excited about having fun with my art (something that has been lacking lately!)

So here is my desk this morning:

and here is my most recent journal page...

and this is the little monster peeking out of the window...
I think she must be the "pain" monster! The window is made from a box of Jane Davenport stickers I bought.

I did a little organizing as well, I found these little clear boxes meant to store nail polish. I was hoping my Dylusions Spray bottles would fit, but they were too big. But all my re-inkers fit perfectly!

 Before:

 After:

Now I can see them all! (and I re-inked my Vintage Photo ink pad that badly needed it!) There are 4 boxes, and each one holds 16 bottles.

I also went shopping (well, what else can I do when I'm on sick leave? LOL!)

these were buy one, get one free!

I also bought some Jane Davenport paper and stickers for 40% off

I "re-discovered" Jane Davenport, Ninnynoo, and Chelsea Diaz on You Tube this week and getting excited about my art again. Finally! I love Ninnynoo's journals! Lots of great ideas!

Finally, it's Spring!!!!! Yay!

drinking (cranberry juice) on the porch and reading in the sun!

mourning doves on the feeders!

And Mittsy got a new collar, getting ready for venturing outdoors by herself so that she is well tagged (and she's microchipped as well). It matches Inky's diamond studded pink collar!

And this I call "pile of fur", Mittsy all curled up on my lap after dinner!

Inky is now content in her summer chair, she no longer has to sit in a pot of dirt - she's happy! We hope everyone has a great week!

PS- my back is feeling much better, hoping to get back to work soon, barring me doing anything stupid!

Sorry for the belated comment, I went straight to bed after work yesterday feeling lousy. Glad to hear your back is feeling better Linda. Hubby was at the hospital yesterday. He doesn't have to have an operation but not much offered other than advised to get some water therapy at the pool. He hasn't been yet! Love all your finds and those trays for your reinkers are fabulous. Happy WOYWW. Sarah #4

Wee hours of the new day here, but wind is howling and I am wishing our Spring would be Spring. Cold, winds and rain, with almost no spring flowers as yet and trees just started budding. I am almost wore out watching You tube if you ever imagine that. I love your journal pages and organizing. Sometimes the smallest things make life so much more enjoyable. Enjoy a great week.

Thanks for stopping by my blog yesterday and yes you are right, "Wallander" had an English remake - I prefer the original Swedish series though and got attached to the Swedish actor playing Wallander (Krister Henriksson.) I love your art journal page, and it's helpfull to 'vent' on the pages when in pain or hurt, isn't it?! We crafters are so lucky to have that outlet! I will look up Ninnynoo and Chelsea Diaz (don't know them.) I am late with my return visit so instead of happy 'Wednesday' I wish you a nice weekend! Hug from Holland, Marit #22

Great post! Love all your crafty goodies and your journal. The “after” photo is so nice. It’s nice to organize especially when you can find tings at your dollar store. Have a wonderful weekend. Dorlene #32

So glad your back is feeling much better. Just be careful not to upset it and start it off again.
Love the pain picture - what a great way to banish it - now why did I not think of making a pain picture on copy paper (you try it too) and then screwing it up in a ball and throwing it away. Sounds a plan - but will it work?
Love the kitty collars - they must be the best dressed kitties in the neighbourhood.
Great shopping and I love the reinker storage, what a find that was!
My favourite of your photos? The drink outside in the sunshine with the book - cheers!
Hugs, Neet 7 xx
