I have been working on my journals this week - yes, I have two that I am currently working on. First, there is the one you are all used to seeing, my Journal #13, almost finished! Then there is a new-ish journal I am calling Mama Bird Journal #1.
As some of you might remember, way back in the summer I had started working on a Life Coaching course called ARTbundance. Well, I am now in the very ending stages, I have 2 coaching sessions to do, and one "event" workshop to do, then I will hopefully get my certification!

Here is the workshop, it is called:
Nurturing Your Nest with ARTjournaling
All of us have our “nest”, our place of comfort and
safety. This workshop will help you to nurture your nest so that you can deal
with the day to day problems that we all have. We will do this in two ways:
1-through learning about ARTbundance and ARTsignments
2-through recording your experiences in an ARTjournal
– no experience necessary!
You will leave this workshop with 3 completed pages of
an ARTjournal, and one to work on afterwards; some great insights, and the
great feeling of having had FUN! There will also be a follow up email with more
ideas, and how to make your pages into a book form.
This workshop is for you if:
1. You would like to find out
more about yourself, and how to manage your own day to day problems
2. You have never heard of
ARTjournaling and it intrigues you
3. If you have heard of
ARTjournaling and have always wanted to try it but had no idea how to start, or
even if you could do it
4. If you are artistic and
want a way to use your creativity
5. If you are NOT artistic
but want to try anyway! You don’t need to be an artist for this workshop, or
even creative!
Now, I know you are ALL artistic, and perhaps the thing you would learn in this workshop (which is the very BASIC of Art journaling techniques) but you might be interested in the Nurturing part of it, how to make your art journal a Nurturing place through ARTbundance.. You can do whatever you like on your pages!
